Where do you guys ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted global fulfillment partner based in Asia and America, which allows us to offer high-quality home ambience products without the retail markup. By fulfilling orders directly from our supplier, we avoid unnecessary warehousing and overproduction, helping us keep prices fair while maintaining quality.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time: Our current delivery timeframe is 2–3 weeks as we ship directly from our global warehouse. 
Items may ship separately based on fulfillment centers for fastest delivery. 
To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your items may arrive in separate packages depending on stock and warehouse availability. Don’t worry, everything will get to you safely. Thank you for your patience, good things take time.

When will my order be processed?
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders 7 days a week. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
